Better Than A Pot O’Gold: March Holidays for Kids

We know that March is pretty much ruled by St. Patrick’s Day, but there’s a whole host of other unique holidays to celebrate with kids. You have World Book Day (March 2), Johnny Appleseed Day (March 11), and Panda Day (March 16). Since March is the month when spring blooms, there’s so much fun to be had. Whether or not the climate cooperates where you live, there’s lots for you to do during the month of March.

March is also Women’s History Month as well as Irish American Heritage Month. Spend March learning about another culture and appreciating women’s history, among other fun things.
